OK, buy an ozone generator. You can find them online from a few hundred dollars to a couple of thousand dollars. I use the $1,800 one and it is the best one on the market, with a lifetime warrenty. It comes equiped with everything you need to apply ozone all the different ways for curing disease. You can get the $1,800 one at http://www.plasmafire.com/ They also sell an ozone sauna which is $2,500. You could use either for your purpose.
You can find ozone generators cheaper, just make sure it has a fan. These use the oxygen we breath. The $1,800 one uses pure oxygen from a oxygen tank and the ozone is a lot more strong.
Once you get the ozone generator hook up a funnel, like the ones used in the kitchen, or if you need a larger one, like one used for oil in your car, then put it over the tumor for 15 minutes to start. I would bet my house that this will work!
