it's not benzo seriously. I'm tired of hearing that. I had this pain long before starting benzos. this is where all my problems started there was pressure there then pain. everything developed from this spot. an there always seems to be liquid I can hear it when I push on that area.

I am drinking lots of juice an water. jus not veggie broth. I'll schedule a colonic. I'm taking lots of the if1. an 4-5 daily of if2.

I'll try castor oil packs.

I'm gonna take a break on if2 an killing stuff an see If anything improves.

even my mental symptoms are worse today.... shouldnt stabilizing be fixing all this? I'm getting hopeless. maybe it's an allergic reaction to food I dunno.

no one knows what's causing it. but it's gettin worse. I'm gonna add garlic incase it's infected. I notice I get lots of gas with garlic.
