Can't answer your question about hydrocortisone, but i would say be careful with it. If your body gets too used to it you may develop a crutch so to speak.

I would like to ask how you went about measuring the candida levels in your body? I too have been using aloe vera which along with some natural antifungals has really helped my candida, but is just keeping it in check not really killing it.
