Thanks joanne, By the way usually how long i can store Zucchini? I wanna get my protein needs that's way i was using chickpeas/almond, we can buy Almond milk in a papercan that can last for few months or a year , So i figure it out maybe i can store the almond hummus in the fridge up to 10-2 weeks. Any Ideas? i always soaked the almond around 12 hours with hot water, i think with hot water we don't have to soak that long like 24 hours
