From my perspective,

The out of character post had more to do with the behavior of some people; not all people... For instance, the seemingly frenzied panic, panicked buying, and calls for "hoarding" that occurred with the knowledge of the DEA changes in the law etc.

When we knew that half strength will still be publicly available AND most likely full strength iodorol and detoxified Iodine as well in addition to food sources, Black-Walnut trees for one.

The testy and sometimes aggressive defensive behavior when one person timidly comes forward with doubts and questions about high dosing for long periods of time.

The throwing of caution to the wind and blindly dosing without fully understanding or knowing all individual halogen toxicity and deficiency symptoms; I realize arguably fluoride and bromide seem to be of little or no use, but to know them just the same is necessary to approach this in an educated manner.

This requires not blowing off the toxicity symptoms of Iodine as many are want to do. While MDR/RDA is most likely grossly understated, the toxicity symptoms are most likely real, as they mirror other halogen toxicity symptoms; delirium, acting out of character, being one of them.

Given that, did I act out of character... sure.

I could have left out the Delirium definition I suppose. I live and learn like the rest.

These statements of mine are really profound if you read and understand them...

"If you look at each halogen's toxicity symptoms, including fluoride, and chloride along with Iodine and bromine, you will find many identical and similar symptoms across all four of them."

"At what point does one who is taking iodine to defeat bromine and/or fluoride toxicity come to the conclusion that the bromine and/or fluoride is flushed out IF they are still having what they believe is "bromide" related symptoms when in reality and unbeknown to them, it is an iodine toxicity?"

The whole point is to encourage self awareness and caution with this protocol...
