I agree with this poster's sentiments entirely. I feel everyone offering any dietary advice should be allowed to post what they want and we, as thinking individuals, though some with brain fog, will be able to decide for themselves what is their best route toward full healing.

Actually I also totally agree with the substance of what she says about eating fruit in the day. If someone follows a normal schedule of earliy morning rising and 10 to 11 p.m. going to bed, I would say the calories and blood Sugar from the fruit is and the ease of digestion of same would be an ideal addition to the warrior diet and I do not think anyone should be censored from sharing their view.

Also I have read a lot of Natway's posts and the fact that you are tracking her sounds a little creepy to me and actually anti-freedom.
