You took 50,000 IU of vitamin D3? On the first day of taking 50,000 IU, I developed diarrhea. However, it might be related to some pain injections I received that day since I am sensitive to medications. One thing I noticed is my eyelashes look longer and thicker, but could that happen as fast as 1 day?
