I know you're wary of sugars at the moment but you can make juices that are more veges less sugar. Try juicing Afew carrots with some sweet red pepper, lemon or grapefruit, half an apple, some greens, cucumber, beetroot etc. get some juices into yor body ASAP regardless of the Sugar content for the time being.
Try some raw fruits and vegetables. See how it goes. Start with half raw half cooked for each meal, keep portions small initially. You need to try some new things diet wise as all the starches and meat will make you feel like crap! Your body has to work hard to break that down and when I eat potatoes or rice I feel worse.
Start with easy to digest raw veges like cucumber, red pepper, some leafy greens. Sprinkle them with Sea Salt and a wee bit of olive oil. You really would benefit from adding Afew pinches of Sea Salt to ALL your water at the moment. Don't use table salt it is not good for you... Sea Salt has minerals that you need. Drink Plenty of water (at least ten cups a day and more). Drink plenty of warm teas to invigorate your organs.
